Authorities are investigating a 3 alarm fire that occurred in Rancho Cordova early Wednesday morning. The fire was reported at about 3:40 a.m. at Happy Auto Parts and V and O Auto Parts. La Riviera House Fires Extinguished

Two homes off of La Riviera Drive caught fire Monday morning. The first fire was reported at about 6:15 a.m. in a house located on Marina Greens Way near Howe Ave. The two alarm fire was quickly extinguished and though firefighters believed that a rescue might be necessary, no one was home.
