In the past week residents of the Anatolia neighborhood in Rancho Cordova noticed something new and unwelcome in their once pristine master planned community. The neighborhood was recently scarred by graffiti on an isolated brick wall near the intersection of Sunrise Blvd. and Douglas Rd.

A man was arrested Sunday afternoon after allegedly leading police on a chase along Highway 50. Authorities report that the man ran from police and reached speeds of more than 80 miles per hour. The man was eventually cornered in a home in a neighoborhood where police were able to detain him.
