The 2nd annual Community Pride scholarship, established and funded by Rancho Cordova City employees, will be awarded next month to a graduating high school senior who lives in Rancho Cordova.

The $500 scholarship was established last year to show City employees’ support of youth and education in the Rancho Cordova community. Read more –>

Mitchell PTSA fundraiser at Straw Hat Jan. 25

On Monday, Jan. 25 from 11am-10pm, Mitchell Middle School PTSA will hold its next Straw Hat Pizza fundraiser at the restaurant located at 2929 Mather Field Rd, Rancho Cordova (363-5050).
Straw Hat will donate 50% of EVERY pizza purchase to to help pay for Mitchell classroom supplies and field trips.
