
The following police reports were filed between 03/09/2010 and 03/16/2010:
- 03/09/10: Kyle Phipps, 24, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of parole on Cervantes Drive. According to the police report, a parole search allegedly revealed methamphetamine, ecstasy, marijuana, a digital scale and to crank pipes.
- 03/11/09: A burglary was reported on El Caprice Drive. The police report states that unknown suspects used unknown tools to ender a locked shed which contained coin machines at El Caprice Car Wash.
- 03/13/10: Linda White, 43, was arrested on suspicion of fraud at Wal-Mart at 10655 Folsom Boulevard. According to the police report, the suspect allegedly presented 26 $100 bills along with a completed and signed Money Gram receipt and allegedly stated she wanted to send the money to a foreign country. The victim determined the money to be counterfeit and she called her manager, who also determined the money to be counterfeit.
- 03/13/10: Salvador Ojeda, 26, was arrested on suspicion of corporal injury on a spouse on Salmon Falls Drive. According to the police report, the suspect allegedly hit the victim in the head with closed fists.
- 03/14/2010: An assault with a firearm and criminal threat was reported at Chassella Way and Aramon Drive. According to the police report, the suspect was engaged in a verbal altercation with two victims when the suspect allegedly stated he was going to kill the victims, pulled out a gun and fired several shots at the victims. One suspect was shot.
- 03/15/2010: A burglary was reported at Firestone, located at 10407 Folsom Boulevard. According to the police report, unknown suspects entered the business by smashing a metal roll-up door and took a vehicle computer scanner, a welder and eight tires.
