Stories written by ecardiffMy name is Emily Cardiff and I’m a writer living in Fair Oaks, CA. I recently decided to make big changes in my life to pursue a career as a writer. I also have an interest in copyediting and proofreading.
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Sacramento State University and an AA from American River College. I enjoy a good glass of wine, intelligent conversation, dark chocolate, coffee, cooking, gardening, reading, Wii Fit Yoga and of course, writing. I love being outside when it’s quiet so I can read, write, relax and to be able to appreciate the wonders of nature.
If you enjoy running and being out in nature, then this event is just the activity for you. On Saturday, May 15, the City of Folsom is celebrating its 27th annual Run with Nature special event with four scenic courses along Folsom Parkway trails and through several Zoo and nature paths. A post-race party will be held at the Folsom City Lion’s Park where there will be refreshments, a raffle, and a number of awards handed out.
