The events are co-sponsored by the City of Rancho Cordova, the Cordova Community Council, and the Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce.

The “Economic Forum Power Breakfast” at 7:30 a.m. will feature Kelly Brothers, a partner with Genovese Burford & Brothers investment firm and a financial commentator for KCRA-TV, KFBK, and Sacramento Magazine.
Also on the program will be a panel of industry experts that includes Curt Haven, Director of Rancho Cordova’s Economic Development Department; Nancy Bui-Thompson, a technology and management consultant and a member of SMUD’s Board of Directors; and Vinny Catalano, Vice President of Gallagher Benefit Services, the third largest insurance brokerage in America.
“The state of the economy is the dominant issue everywhere, from the national news to the corner gas station,” said Jane Daly, CEO of the Rancho Cordova Chamber of Commerce. “Our speakers will look at how Rancho Cordova business fits into this picture and how the City’s residents are impacted.”
Rancho Cordova Mayor Ken Cooley will be the keynote speaker at the luncheon at 11:30 a.m. He will recap his tenure and then project what the City will face in 2011.
