RE/MAX Gold is proud to announce its volunteer involvement in today’s Capital Air Show UC Davis Patients Day. Volunteers from several of their 23 Northern California real estate offices will be present on Friday to help with all aspects of this great charity event. From set-up and parking to refreshments and “paparazzi” duties the RE/MAX Gold team is excited to be a part of this community event.
A Luncheon Bazaar featuring jewelry, gifts and novelties, toys, and food will be staged in the parking lot in front of the Rancho Cordova City Hall on Friday, September 10th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. A fundraiser for the Rancho Cordova Relay for Life, the Bazaar is being sponsored by City staff members and all proceeds will be donated to the American Cancer Society. City Hall is located at 2729 Prospect Park Drive.
Aside from the amazing aerial displays and the stunning performances, the California Capital Airshow has so much more to offer the community. From scholarship opportunities for local youth to giving back to local organizations through the concessions, the airshow is truly community based.

The California Capital Airshow announced that it will host every flying Lockheed P-38 Lightning remaining in the United States, as well as the pilots and ground crew who flew and cared for these rare aircraft on September 11 and 12, 2010. Drawing the attention and attendance of WWII veterans and their families from all over the United States and of photographers from seven countries, this is truly a historic event.
