Body Investment Studio Offers Free Yoga 101 Workshops

Are you new to yoga or do you want an opportunity to ask questions about yoga? Then, join us for a FREE 1 hour interactive yoga 101 workshop on Thursday, September 2, 2010 from 5:15-7:15pm!

The 101 workshop will cover the basic history and philosophy of yoga, what to expect in a yoga class and the basic

postures and breath-work that will prepare you for any all levels or beginners class.

Please RSVP today! If you cannot join us Thursday, that’s alright too. Beginning in October, Body Investment Studio will offer FREE yoga 101 workshops every second Thursday of each month.
