Cordova Community Council Hosts Celebration of Faith Sunday

The Cordova Community Council is hosting an uplifting event on Sunday, August 29 that is free to the community. Voices From Our Future, the 2010 Celebration of Faith welcomes all faith denominations for a time of fellowship and fun in a local park.

The event will feature prayer, fellowship and music and will be held and Village Green Park in Capital Village. Rancho Cordova’s Community Chorus will be performing. Plan on attending from 7 to 8 p.m.

Attendees are encouraged to bring new hygiene items to be donated to Project 680. Project 680 is a grassroots organization that is totally supported by the community that supports local homeless students in the Folsom Cordova Unified School District.
