What, hire more law enforcement to take travel plans and publish pictures. Worse yet, Dan Lungren appears to have knowledge that United States registered sex offenders are traveling overseas to commit unspeackable acts (preying on) and does nothing but pass a law for travel plans rather than make an arrest. Moreover, California Megan's law does not stop crime nor will the latest addition stop crime in other countries. I would like to get from Dann Lungren the numbers he is referring to about how many travel outside the US to do these horrible things rather than state he knows.
