CRPD Expands and Relocates Preschool Program

The Cordova Recreation and Park District is expanding their preschool program and moving to Riverview Elementary School. Classes will be offered during both mornings and afternoons for 3 hours a day.

The Cordova Recreation and Park District will be hosting an open house for the Riverview Preschool program. The community is invited to meet the teachers and sign up for pre-kindergarten, preschool for 3 to 4 year olds, and full day programs of supervision and socialization. Classes will begin on September 7 and 8.

Pre-kindergarten classes will meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Preschool for 3 and 4 year olds will meet on Tuesday and Thursday. Classes for mixed age groups of 3 to 5 year olds will meet on 2-5 days a week.

The open house will be held on Tuesday, August 24th from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Riverview Elementary School, located at 10700 Ambassador Drive in room H.

To register, please visit the CRPD District Office at 2197 Chase Drive or visit the open house. The child’s birth certificate and immunization record is required at the time of registration.
