Download the Hyperlocal Rancho Cordova iPhone App
The Rancho Cordova Post has partnered with a local company to develop an all new hyperlocal iPhone app. The mobile app for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch displays news, events, local deals from merchants, and has links to Twitter and Facebook to allow users to follow local news, events and redeem coupons from local merchants.
The mobile app was developed in partnership with mobile application development company MobSpree based in Folsom, Ca. Local merchants can participate in the mobile app by offering mobile coupons and deals.
“We hope to provide a very useful mobile app for anyone who lives or works in Rancho Cordova, Ca. Our new app will provide up to the minute hyperlocal news and social media updates, event listings for the area, and a directory of local businesses with mobile coupons and discount deals”, said Geoffrey Sakala, Publisher. The new iPhone app can be downloaded from the iTunes store.

Very nice. I wish I had an iPhone to take this for a test drive.
Ryan, we started with the iPhone as the largest mobile platform with the most users. We hope to have an adroid and blackberry version down the road. In the meantime local businesses can take advantage of the business directory and local deals features by adding their business to ShopRanchoCordova.com and adding a mobile coupon for inclusion in the mobile app.
