City of Rancho Cordova Holds Bike Friendly Photo Contest

The city of Rancho Cordova is finishing up the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plans. In celebration to this, the city is hosting a photo contest. The winners will have their photo published in the Rancho Cordova Bikeways Map and other Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan publications.

Photographs must be submitted by July 9th, 2010 so they can be ready for the Bicycle and Pedestrian Workshop on July 13. To submit a photo, you can either send them to Travis Evans at TEvans@CityofRanchoCordova.org or mail them to the City of Rancho Cordova, Public Works Department at 2729 Prospect Park Drive, Rancho Cordova, 95670.

To be become a finalist, photos must be taken within the city of Rancho Cordova and must promote healthy lifestyles and activities. The photo must be relevant to the Master Plan and be of good quality. Those attending the City Council Bicycle and Pedestrian Workshop will be voting on the submitted photos.
