Yoga 101, Yoga in the Park, Kids Yoga and More

Are you new to yoga or has it been a while since you took a yoga class? Then, join Body Investment Studio for a two hour interactive yoga 101 workshop on June 19, 2010 at 9:30  a.m. You’ll learn the history, theory and basic poses of yoga that will prepare you for any Beginners or All Levels class. Can’t make it to the workshop on but still want the yoga 101 experience? Then join us every Wednesday night at Hagan Park for Yoga 101 in the Park. Body Investment Studio has partnered up with the Rancho Cordova Parks & Recreation to bring yoga to the park. The class is a beginning Vinyasa class.  Vinyasa yoga is a flowing sequence of poses linking your breathing with movement. This class will help you create awareness of your breath and body and build a foundation for a strong yoga practice. Kids Yoga begins in July! Yoga helps cultivate strength, flexibility and serenity.  Kid’s Yoga combines stories, poses, noisy and/or silly meditative breathing techniques for a fun, active and meaningful practice. Cost is $7/drop-in or $30 for all 5 weeks in July.
