Rancho Cordova Crime Report: Feb. 23 – March 2

The following police reports were filed between 02/23/2010 and 03/02/2010:

• 02/23/10: Brian Spencer, 32, was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure at Zinfandel Drive and Olson Drive. The police report states that the victim was loading groceries into her vehicle when she saw the suspect walking toward her. The suspect’s genitals were allegedly exposed and he appeared to be masturbating, the report said. The victim left the parking lot and called the police; police arrived in the area and contact the suspect, who matched the description the victim had given.
• 02/25/09: A robbery was reported at Bank of America on Golden Centre Lane. According to the police report, a suspect entered the business, pointed a handgun at a teller and demanded money. The suspect took the money and left the business. A witness followed the suspect and saw him get into a silver two-door Honda Civic with no plate on the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was last seen going southbound on Gold Fields by witnesses. The suspect is described as a male Asian age 30-35, 5-feet-4-inches tall and 140 pounds.
• 02/25/10: A first-degree robbery and kidnapping was reported on Salmon Falls Drive. According to the police report, three suspects entered the victim’s residence at gunpoint and demanded money and marijuana. The suspects forcibly moved a male victim from the front door to an upstairs bedroom against his will. The suspects took several items of value from the residence and fled the location on foot. All three suspects are described as black males age 18-25 and 6 feet tall.
