The West Coast Talent Celebrity Pageant offers a $250 scholarship to the overall winner and a $250 credit to the National Finals. Detectives decided to try to catch the alleged gas thieves in the act. “We ended up setting up surveillance, and right before 2 a.m. on Sunday morning we saw Leroy Meyers enter,” James said. “He was a very careful, very methodical. He would jump over the fence and stop and wait and listen.”

RT Train Crashes into Stopped Vehicle
