Scholarship Pageants Search For Contestants

Two scholarship pageants coming to the area are searching for contestants.

The West Coast Talent Celebrity Pageant offers a $250 scholarship to the overall winner and a $250 credit to the National Finals. Girls ages 3-24 are eligible to compete in this talent and modeling competition. Pageant will take place on March 20th. The WCTCP will be held in Auburn and the application deadline is February 26. Be sure to have your application in by the deadline.

New age divisions are now in place for the Talent Celebrity Pageant. Girls as young as three years old up to twenty five are encouraged to participate. The categories of competition include, talent, photogenic, spokes model, interview, and fashion model.

The Sierra Cities Pageant is also looking for contestants in five different age divisions. Young Miss ages 7-10 offers a $175 scholarship bond. Junior Miss ages 11-14 offers a $250 scholarship bond. Teen Miss ages 14-18 offers a $1000 scholarship bond. Miss ages 18-27 offers a $1000 scholarship bond. Mrs. ages 21-49 offers a $500 scholarship bond. Pageant will take place on April 24th. Winners can go on to state level pageant.
