Rancho Cordova Crime Report: Feb. 2 – Feb. 9

The following police reports were filed between 02/02/2010 and 02/09/2010:

• 02/02/10: A burglary was reported on Sungold Way. The police report states that unknown suspects entered a vacant residence and removed an extension cord and a half case of soda that belonged to a handyman working on the house.
• 02/05/09: Anna Bryan, 22, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and probation violation at 10694 Olson Drive. According to the police report, the suspect was a passenger in a vehicle that was searched by deputies. The suspect was allegedly found to be in possession of Norco and was taken into custody.
• 02/05/10: A petty theft was reported at Unger Construction on Sun Center Drive. The police report states that on Jan. 27, unknown suspects entered storage containers and removed copper wire from non-functioning commercial generators.
• 02/06/10: A burglary was reported on Capital Center Drive. The police report states that unknown suspects broke the driver’s side window of a locked vehicle and stole the radio.
• 02/06/10: A robbery was reported at Wal-Mart on Folsom Boulevard. According to the police report, the suspect allegedly entered the store and put a wallet in the bag he was carrying, and then the suspect walked out the store. A loss prevention officer attempted to apprehend the suspect, but the suspect struggled and ran away. The suspect is described as a Hawaiian male, age 49, 5-feet-11-inches and 180 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes.
