Citrus Heights Crime Report: Jan. 27 – Feb. 2

The following police reports were filed between 01/27/2010 and 02/02/2010:

  • 01/27/10:
    • Four breaking and entering incidents were reported – a residential burglary on the 8300 block of Cranford Way, one commercial burglary on the 6400 block of Sunrise Boulevard, one residential burglary on the 7500 block of Cedar Drive and one residential burglary on the 6300 block of Sorrell Court.
    • Two theft incidents were reported – one theft on the 8000 block of Garry Oak Drive and one shoplifting incident in the Sunrise Mall.
    • Two assaults were reported – one simple assault on the 6500 block of Ming Way and one assault with a deadly weapon on the 4200 block of Sherlock Way.
  • 01/28/10:
    • Nine theft incidents were reported – one fraud incident on the 8200 block of Old Ranch Road, one shoplifting incident on the 5900 block of Sunrise Mall Drive, one fraud incident on the 7800 block of Highland Avenue, one shoplifting incident on the 7500 block of Auburn Boulevard, two forgery incidents on the 8500 block of Auburn Boulevard, one fraud incident on the 7300 block of Greenback Lane, one bicycle theft on the 6700 block of Auburn Boulevard and one shoplifting incident on the 6000 block of Greenback Lane.
    • Three breaking and entering incidents were reported – one commercial burglary on the 8000 block of Greenback Lane, one possession of burglary tools incident on the 8100 block of Auburn Boulevard and one forcible burglary incident on the 7400 block of Stock Ranch Road.
    • One strong-arm robbery of a business was reported on the 6100 block of Dewey Drive.
  • 01/29/10:
    • Four assaults were reported – one simple assault on the 5900 block of Sunrise Vista Drive, one simple assault on the 6000 block of Sunrise Mall Drive, one aggravated assault on the 7900 block of Kingswood Drive, one simple assault on the 5400 block of Mariposa Avenue and one simple assault on the 7400 block of Westgate Drive.
    • Seven theft incidents were reported – one fraud incident on the 6300 block of Fountain Square Drive, one theft incident on the 7500 block of Linden Avenue, one theft incident on the 7500 block of Greenback Lane and four shoplifting incidents at the Sunrise Mall.
    • Thirteen breaking and entering incidents were reported – twelve residential burglaries on the 7400 block of Stock Ranch Road and one commercial burglary on the 7500 block of Cherry Glen Avenue.
  • 01/30/10:
    • Nine theft incidents were reported – one shoplifting incident on the 7300 block of Greenback Lane, one theft incident on the 8500 block of Auburn Boulevard, one shoplifting incident on the 5800 block of Sunrise Boulevard, one shoplifting incident on the 6000 block of Sunrise Boulevard, one theft of vehicle parts on the 7900 block of Glen Arbor Way and four shoplifting incidents in the Sunrise Mall.
    • Four breaking and entering incidents were reported – one commercial burglary on the 6000 block of Auburn Boulevard, one forcible burglary on the 6200 block of Sylvan Road, one residential burglary on the 8000 block of Hoopes Drive and one possession of burglary tools incident at the Sunrise Mall.
    • Three assault incidents were reported – one simple assault on the 7700 block of Greenback Lane, one aggravated assault on police on the 7700 block of Mariposa Avenue and one aggravated assault on the 7900 block of Marsala Court.
  • 01/31/10:
    • Five theft incidents were reported – one shoplifting incident on the 5800 block of Sunrise Boulevard, two shoplifting incidents at the Sunrise Mall, one theft incident on the 12800 block of Fair Oaks Boulevard and one theft incident on the 8300 block of Oakwood Hills Circle.
    • Two assault incidents were reported—one simple assault on the 7900 block of Marsala Court and one assault with a deadly weapon on the 7700 block of Sunrise Boulevard.
  • 02/01/10:
    • Six theft incidents were reported – one forgery incident on the 6300 block of Tupelo Drive, one theft incident on the 6900 block of Whyte Avenue, one shoplifting incident on the 5800 block of Sunrise Boulevard, one incident of pick pocketing on the 5900 block of Sunrise Boulevard, one identity theft incident on the 8000 block of Walnut Court and one identity theft incident on the 7100 block of Checkerbloom Way.
    • One residential burglary was reported on the 6900 block of Brayton Avenue.
  • 02/02/10:
    • Three breaking and entering incidents were reported – one residential burglary on the 7200 block of Parish Way, one residential burglary on the 8100 block of Streng Avenue and one residential burglary on the 8200 block of Cordelia Circle.
    • Seven theft incidents were reported—one theft incident on the 6100 block of Stonehand Avenue, one theft incident on the 8400 block of Lichen Drive, one shoplifting incident on the 7000 block of Auburn Boulevard, one theft incident on the 7200 block of Madison Avenue, one theft incident on the 6100 block of Shupe Drive, one shoplifting incident on the 7800 block of Macy Plaza Drive and one fraud incident on the 8000 block of Greenback Lane.
