It is a wonderous thing to be compassionate to all God's creatures. But, did you forget that animals are exactly that ANIMALS, and for the most part can fend for themselves. God in His infinite wisdom made them that way. Human children somehow need more care than our furry friends. It's not that I have no compassion for animals, I love them. I believe that we should use our limited resources for our humans. If we help humans get DECENT AFFORDABLE PERMANENT HOUSING, then I am sure there will be pet adoptions.
