The following police reports were filed between 11/24/2009 and 12/01/2009:

 

  • 11/24/09: A burglary was reported on Autumn Sunset Way. The police report states unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and removed a computer and currency.
  • 11/24/09: A robbery was reported at the skate part located in the Mather Sports Center. According to the police report, the victim and a friend were at the skate park and the suspect approached them, allegedly threatening to assault them if they didn’t give the suspect their camera. The victim gave the suspect the camera and the suspect fled. The suspect is described as a black male age 15-17, 6-feet-2-inches tall and 170 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
  • 11/25/09: Tom Yang, 27, was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement at Sears Outlet on Folsom Boulevard. The police report states the suspect allegedly used customer purchase records to fraudulently refund the purchases to his personal credit card account.
  • 11/27/09: Todd Turner, 39, Christina Thompson, 34, and Elizabeth Garza, 22, were arrested on suspicion of burglary, conspiracy, probation violation, forgery of prescription and forged prescription for a narcotic with possession of the drug at Target on Olson Drive. The police report states one suspect allegedly called in a prescription, pretending to be affiliated with a doctor’s office. A second suspect allegedly drove the other suspect to the store to pick the prescription up. Pharmacists gave the suspect over-the-counter meds and the suspects were arrested after exiting the store. The police report does not state the third suspect’s involvement.
  • 11/28/09: A teenage male was arrested on suspicion of robbery and vandalism at Cheezer’s Pizza on Olson Drive, and a second suspect is being sought in connection with the incident. The police report states the two suspects allegedly took a tray of cookies from the establishment and the victim pursued them. The suspects allegedly threw cookies at the victim and attempted to pick up their bicycle, but the victim stepped on the bicycle and told the suspects to wait. The second suspect then allegedly hit the victim on the head, causing visible bruising and swelling, and the first suspect allegedly attempted to stab the victim with a knife. The first suspect was arrested; the second suspect is described as a black male age 15-16, 5-feet-10-inches tall and 160 pounds with black hair.
  • 11/29/09: Michael Manning, 45, was arrested on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse on Tuolumne Drive. The police report states the suspect and victim became engaged in a verbal argument that allegedly escalated into physical violence when the suspect allegedly grabbed the victim by the arm and neck.
  • 11/29/09: A report of corporal injury and battery was filed on Terra Loma Drive. The police report states the suspect allegedly grabbed the victim’s neck, cutting off her breathing. A second victim pulled the suspect off, and the suspect then allegedly placed his arm around the second suspect’s neck. The suspect is described as a black male age 24, 6 feet tall and 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
  • 11/30/09: A suspect is being sought in connection with an assault reported on Doyle Way. The suspect and victim were friends with no dating relationship, the report says, and the incident occurred on Nov. 19 when the suspect allegedly grabbed the victim’s buttocks. The suspect is described at a black male age 41, 6 feet tall and 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
