Yoga 101 at Rancho Cordova City Hall to Benefit the City, All are Invited!

Beginning today, December 1, 2009, Body Investment Studio will conduct a three week (2 days a week, on Tuesday and Thursday) Yoga 101 lunch-time workshop at Rancho Cordova City Hall, McKesson building. The public is invited to join Body Investment Studio and the City of Rancho Cordova to learn and practice the basics of yoga: What is Yoga? Sun A, Sun B, Yin Yoga, Breath Work, and Meditation.

The workshop will take place at the City Hall’s McKesson building on Tuesdays and Thursdays, December 1 through December 17, 2009. Classes begin at 12:15 pm. Body Investment Studio will also have their massage therapist on site from 11am – 2pm for chair massages for only a dollar a minute.

The cost for the classes is $10 a class which includes the 45 minute class and a light bag lunch for the students. Body Investment Studio can provide a mat for students who do not have one. Anyone who signs up for the full workshop will receive a week’s FREE yoga at Body Investment Studio.

25% of the proceeds will be donated to the City of Rancho Cordova. If you live or work near City Hall please join us for any or all of the workshop classes. This is a great way to treat yourself, de-stress your mind, strengthen your body, and give back to your city!
