Bring your furry friend for some  free holiday fun. “Gone To The Dogs!” is bringing the Winter Woof Fest to Rancho Cordova in an event that will feature vendors selling dog related treats, toys and gifts, as well as k-9 friendly activities. Make sure to bring your camera, as this will be a great photo op for Fido.

“Gone To The Dogs!”, the volunteer off-leash dog park committee of the Cordova Recreation Park District (CRPD), is sponsoring the third annual “Winter Woof Fest!” on Saturday, December 12th from 1:00 to 4:00pm at CRPD HQ. The address is 2197 Chase Drive, Building #1, in Rancho Cordova.

For only $7, dogs can have their photo taken with Santa. For an additional fee, the photo may be re-printed on something else such as a t-shirt. There will also be vendors, a silent auction, and various items for sale such as t-shirts, food, and drink. All proceeds benefit off-leash dog parks in the district. The district’s first off-leash dog park was recently approved for Hagan Park and should be open in a few months.

Vendors can register by contacting Trish Lindvall of CRPD at trish@crpd.com or (916) 362-1841 x20. For additional information or questions, please contact Brian Fansler at BFansler@msn.com or (916) 206-6128.
