Rancho Cordova Crime Report: Nov. 10 – Nov. 17

The following police reports were filed between 11/10/2009 and 11/17/2009:

 

  • 11/10/09: A man was arrested on suspicion of vandalism and participation in criminal street gang activity on Croetto Way. The police report states the suspect was allegedly observed jumping up and down and breaking the rear window of a vehicle. The suspect also allegedly kicked the passenger side door of another vehicle.
  • 11/12/09: A burglary was reported on McGregor Drive. A residence was ransacked and jewelry was taken. No one was seen or heard.
  • 11/12/09: Rajendra Lal, 46, was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on Mills Station Road. The police report states the victim was on the porch of his trailer and was talking to his family members who were located inside. The suspect allegedly became enraged and yelled obscenities at the victim, the allegedly punched the victim in the side of the neck. The suspect then allegedly armed himself with two golf clubs and hit the victim in the back, hand and side of the face.
  • 11/15/09: A rape of a spouse was reported on Rockingham Drive. The police report states the victim reported that the incident occured once a night, and the victim went to the police station to report the incident.
