Reflections on a Healthy Lifestyle Event at Mitchell Middle School Nov. 5

The November 5th event, Reflections on a Healthy Lifestyle, will be sponsored by Mitchell Middle School PTSA
and will be held from 5:30 to 8:00 pm in Mitchell’s gym and library (2100 Zinfandel Dr).

This fun family and community event is intended to show how to REBEL AGAINST THE COUCH-POTATO!

Learn ways to improve and maintain the health of your mind, body and spirit

There will be:

Exhibition of Mitchell students’ Reflections art contest entries
Information from numerous youth, health & public safety organizations (health of mind, body & spirit) as well as fun family-friendly activities in Rancho Cordova
California Family Fitness giving away a limited number of 1-day memberships and free trial passes as well as doing free body fat analyses
Body Investment Studio giving 5-minute massages and yoga demonstration
Free samples of hot Organo Gold Coffee beverages & for purchase
H20 Purified Water & Juice Plus, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Swimstitute, Tupperware, Rancho Cordova P.A.L., Rancho Cordova Police Dept., Cordova Parks & Recreation, First Covenant Church Student Ministry, Boy Scouts, Another Choice-Another Chance, Vibe4Health, plus MANY MORE will be there!
