American River Grange Holds Spook-tacular Psychic Event

The American River Grange welcomed psychic and author Candace O’Donnell for a spooky tour through the Grange and the Kilgore Cemetery Friday night. Attendees were urged to bring their cameras to capture the fun on film.

O’Donnell is a psychic who has penned books titled “Past Life Memoirs of Atlantis: One Person’s Journey” and
“Seeing With Psychic Eyes,” and she said the Grange’s rich history has left an imprint on the building and its land. O’Donnell said imprints of people who roamed the Grange hall in years past were visible to her, including the imprint of a woman cooking in the Grange kitchen.

Attendees to the event were led to the Grange’s yard area for a chance to capture orbs on film. Orbs are small, round blotches found on some pictures, and some believe orbs to be evidence of spiritual energy. Afterward, the crowd was taken to the Kilgore Cemetery to try to find evidence of spirits in the historical gravesite.

The fun-filled night was capped off with a one-on-one with O’Donnell, who answered questions from the audience pertaining to both her sixth sense and experiences attendees have had. O’Donnell has a blog at http://candyodonnell.blogspot.com.
