On Thursday, October 22, 2009, 11am-10pm, Mitchell Middle School PTSA will hold its next Straw Hat Pizza fundraiser at the restaurant located at 2929 Mather Field Rd, Rancho Cordova (363-5050).
50% of EVERY pizza purchased* will go to support Mitchell’s classroom supplies, after-school clubs & athletics whose funding has been cut back by the school district as a result of the state’s continuing money woes.
“PTSA has been called upon to help save our extraordinary librarian and after school athletics. While PTSA is glad to do this for our students, our funds to help out in other areas are quickly being depleted. We need the community’s help to continue doing the outstanding work PTSA has been doing to support our amazing students!” ~Sheryl Longsworth, PTSA President
Please come for lunch, come for dinner, order take-out for your office, but please help PTSA help the best middle school students EVER! Be sure to say that you support Mitchelle Middle School when ordering and paying for your purchases.
