ThermoGenesis Non-Compliant with Nasdaq Capital Markets’ Minimum Bid Pricing Requirement

ThermoGenesis, a Rancho Cordova based distributor and supplier of products that process and store stem cells, no longer meets the Nasdaq Capital Markets’ minimum bid pricing requirement. The company’s closing bid price for the past 30 days has failed to meet the minimum bid of $1.00 per share that is required.
