Open Healthcare Forum to be held July 28 at Cordova Meadows Apartments
If you have questions or ideas about healthcare, one group wants to hear from you.
Communities and Physicians Together will be holding an open healthcare discussion on July 28 from 9 – 11a.m. at the Cordova Meadows Apartments community room, located at 2314 Sierra Madre Court. Their meeting is designed so that community members can talk with physicians about their concerns and ideas with healthcare options.
Communities and Physicians Together is a program that helps physicians and future physicians better connect with their community. Giving the community access to physicians to address their concerns helps the physicians be better able to serve their patients.
Topics covered in the meeting will include how to get healthcare and how to increase the bond between the community and its doctors. Light refreshments will be provided, but no child care is available for the meeting.

I’m going to try to get to this. I’d like to suggest that an urgent care center be brought back to Rancho Cordova. We used to have one, A LONG TIME AGO, but closed for some reason. When I’m real sick or my son is sick after our physicians’ office hours, the last thing I want to do is drive to Fair Oaks, Carmichael or Folsom to get non-emergency, but urgent, medical care!
That’s an excellent point! It’s a long drive to the ER if you have an emergency here in Rancho.
