Rancho Cordova Staff Begins Furlough Days in July

The City of Rancho Cordova recently approved the operating budget for the 2009-2010 fiscal year, July 1, 2009- June 30, 2010. In order to balance the budget with the least impact on the community, it was decided that there would be seven furlough days. On those days, City Hall will be closed.

City Hall will be closed:
Thursday, July 2nd
Friday, September 4th
Wednesday, November 25th
Wednesday, December 23rd
Thursday, December 31st
Friday, April 2nd
Friday, May 28th

The furlough days are on days before or after a holiday so that it will be less of an impact on City customers.
