Granted, this wasn't convenient for most. But, overall Anatolia's Districts failed to meet quorom due to 1) attendance and/or 2) Proxy's were not sent in. The whole proxy system is confusing/complicated at best. So my question to all of our Anatolia Residents is this: Question: Do you know what this Proxy is for? I know, because I went to the meeting and I also read the documents on-line at the AnatoliaHOA.org website. Please respond by posting a comment or replying to this posting so we can clarify if this was a part of the miscommunication driving the lack of interest.
