Evening on the Green at Mitchell Middle School

The Mitchell PTSA is busy with ongoing fundraisers, but that doesn’t stop them from hosting an all out musical experience. On Thursday, May 14, the community is invited to attend an evening on the green from 5:30 to 8pm at Mitchell (2100 Zinfandel Dr).

The entire community is invited to attend our extravaganza showcasing the diverse musical talents of Mitchell students. Come hear our orchestra, jazz band and African djembe drum team, with an audience interactive and fun musical treat with our djembe drummers! Support our campus organizations such as music & athletic boosters, Science Academy, California Junior Scholarship Federation (CJSF), Future Homemakers of America (FHA) and our 6th, 7th & 8th grade field trips and end-of-trimester activities by buying and enjoying an assortment of very affordable food items & beverages like hot dogs, hamburgers, ice cream, nachos, soda & water, veggie & fruit kabobs, candy and freshly baked goods! (Event will be moved indoors in the event of rain) Food booths to open at 5:30pm and concerts will begin at 6:00pm.

Bring your lawn chair or beach blankets and prepare to be entertained at Rancho Cordova’s finest middle school, MITCHELL MIDDLE SCHOOL! Go Big Blue!
