-Frank is you're referring to the Grande apartments, then I think 99% of the people in Rancho would say it's about time. The place was a crime magnet and an eyesore.
-The city has no control over banks foreclosing on homes for non-payment. It's a national problem not specific to Rancho.
-I think you meant nickled and dimed, but yes change is difficult for everyone.
-If you have an issue with the new zoning changes, codes and ordinances why not write to us using the Write page and we'll publish it.

Have you checked with the people thrown out of their apartment house in the interest of beautification?
How about the owner of Al's automotive, would he have good things to say about economic development or community caring?
How about the ex owners of the foreclosed homes in Anaolia?
How about the business owners being tickled and dimed over ever changing new and improved(?) codes and ordinances?

Kudos to the City of Rancho Cordova and the Police Department for earning this nomination. How cool would it be for Rancho Cordova to win this award after only 5 years of incorporation. Makes me proud to say I live in Rancho. What do you think? Is Rancho Cordova an All-American City? Why or why not?
