Pet of the Week

Gus:

Gus is a young gentleman with lots of personality. He has short soft fur with a black and white tuxedo pattern and a unique hook at the end of his tail. When Gus arrived at the LAPCATS adoption center, a non-profit support group of the County shelter, he came out of his carrier purring and began exploring his new surroundings with curiosity. In no time at all he settled into the cat-tree and was right at home playing with the ball chaser and scratching the cardboard scratcher. He loves all the other cats that live at the center and will even happily great the dogs that come to visit. He is a perfect cat for a family because he adapts to any situation and adores the company of cats, dogs and people. He is an awesome cat that would love to be adopted by you! Gus is up to date on his shots, has tested negative for FELV/FIV, has been neutered, treated for fleas and worms, and has been micro-chipped. His adoption includes a free office visit at a participating veterinarian and a 4-pound bag of science diet food.  For more information about Gus or to see him in person send an e-mail to lapcatsrescue@comcast.net or call 916-247-(CATS) 2287.
