ThermoGenesis Suffers $2.7 Million Loss
ThermoGenesis Corp., the Rancho Cordova-based medical equipment company, reported a loss of $2.7 million, or 5 cents per share, in the quarter that ended on September 30. In the same period last year, the company had a loss of $2.3 million, or 4 cents per share. The company said quarterly results were affected by a voluntary recall of one of its products, but no patient safety issues have been reported. Revenues for the quarter were $4.5 million, a 24 percent increase over $3.6 million in the year-ago period.
