A house party on Halloween night turned deadly. Sacramento Sheriff deputies are investigating a shooting that occurred on Rouge River Drive at about midnight Friday night. A 24 year old was shot in the head and died at the scene. Detectives think the incident might have been the result of a fight.

Witnesses describe the shooter as a male between 21 and 25 years old. He is near 5 feet 8 inches tall and has a thin build. Anyone with any information about the shooting is asked to immediately contact the police.
