Americans love their coffee, and a lot of it. So much so that McDonald’s is now targeting economically conscientious coffee addicts with their low cost, Costco sized coffees. (Seriously, have you seen the large iced coffees? They’re huge!)

What time could be better to learn more about our local economy and our great city than right after elections? Community members will get that chance on Friday, November 7th when the first Rancho Cordova State of the City address is held. When Alice arrived at the LAPCATS adoption center, a non-profit support group of the County shelter, she settled right in on her comfy bed. Every day, she patiently waits as volunteers enter the room to open the cages one by one. She has been in a cage on and off for almost 2-months and welcomes any petting she can get. Alice loves to hangout and help with paperwork.
