FFP Global has just announced that the company will be expanding in Rancho Cordova before the year’s end. The Massachusetts based call center and other business process services will be hiring 60 new employees. There are also plans to add as many as 200 new positions at the Rancho branch in 2009.

FFP will be hiring call center representatives, program managers, supervisors, business development managers, information technology managers, and support personnel.

In a recent news release, FFP Global Chief operating officer, Linda Manfredi said, ” Outsourced business process solutions and contact center services are in demand as companies seek to lower costs and increase operating efficiencies. In addition, our clients want to make sure that they are consistently marketing to and closely caring for their customer base during these challenging economic times”.

Boat Dealer Banking On Recovery
