Vehicle Thieves Push Car through Folsom Neighborhood

Today there are three men in the Sacramento County Main Jail after Folsom police found them pushing a vehicle that is thought to be stolen through a residential Folsom neighborhood. During the investigation, the officers also discovered that one of the suspects, Kelty Jack-Rober Decroix, 23, of Rancho Cordova, was carrying a loaded gun. Decroix has been booked on suspicion of vehicle theft, recieving stolen property, carrying a concealed firearm, and conspiracy.

Brandon Michael Struwe, 21, also of Rancho Cordova, was booked on suspicion of vehicle theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy. He also has a warrant out of Placer County. Abioseh MacMillion, 21, or Roseville, was booked on suspicion of vehicle theft, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy.
