Falcon Technologies Inc. announced Tuesday, September 9th that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Pro-Tech Fire Inc.  The terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

The Rancho Cordova based Falcon Technologies creates design-build infrastructure services to various industries including; electrical, building safety, and specialty construction. Pro-Tech Fire specializes in fire protection and fire life safety. The company has offices in Sacramento, Las Vegas, San Diego, and Reno.

Falcon president William Delgado added in a statement, “Pro-Tech adds the last critical component of our consolidated business strategy”.
