Fire Destroys Capitol Village Townhomes
Early Sunday morning neighbors in the Capitol Village subdivision watched as flames engulfed a nearby construction site. The four alarm fire completely destroyed 12 townhomes. The fire started at a two-building complex that is still under construction in the Urvab Village area near Prospect Park and International Drive at 6 a.m.
