The proposed mixed-use development, Rio Del Oro, located south of White Rock Road, is facing a rough start. The project calls for 11,601 homes in addition to businesses, schools, industrial and commercial areas. But the real estate market has changed drastically since 2005, when Ranch Cordova developed the original plan, and the project is no longer financially sound.
It’s often expressed that one should aim for quality not quantity, but in this case we’ll make an exception. We are very proud to convey that our readership and page views have both hit new highs this past month.
