Arsonist Attacks American River Parkway

With temperatures in the upper nineties and conditions primed for a fire to get completely out of control, an arsonist set three fires along the American River Parkway. This completely senseless act that could have endangered thousands of homes scorched 20 acres between Hagan Park and River Bend Park.
