A group of local pharmacists and other backers raised $14 million to back the for profit college. The College will be meeting a growing need for Californians, as we are facing a serious shortage of pharmacists.

Aerojet to Cut Jobs

About 100 Aerojet workers will receive layoff notices before the summer is over. The rocket and missile propulsion manufacturer based in Rancho Cordova hopes to cut only 100 of its 1600 employees. Library named in Memory of Local Humanitarian

Folsom’s newest library addition will open Wednesday, August 6th on the campus of Vista del Lago High School. The library is co-funded and operated by the City of Folsom, and Folsom Cordova United School District (FCUSD). The new library will serve both students and local residents.
