$14 million raised to launch pharmacy school in Rancho Cordova A group of local pharmacists and other backers have raised $14 million to launch a pharmacy school in Rancho Cordova this summer, targeting a statewide shortage at a time when demand is growing.
Today, there will be a Veterans Day observance at Mather Veterans Memorial Plaza, at the Sacramento VA Medical Center, 10535 Hospital Way. The program is scheduled to run from 10 to 11 a.m. Speakers will include Supervisor Don Nottoli and J.P.
