It’s that time of the year again to take a ride on the Terror Train through the spooky woods to the Haunted Hagan Mansion. You must visit the haunted house designed and built by the nation’s only Haunted House School, “Scary U”. Children and adults alike will be able to visit Pirate Town, listen to campfire stories, have a marshmallow roast, and hear spooky haunted ghost stories that will chill you to the bone.

The Terror Train runs Friday and Saturday, October 26th, and 27th and Wednesday, October 31st from 6:30 – 10:30 pm.

This is a fabulous venue! We’ll worth the $10!

Certainly not for the faint of heart! Thrill and chills abound!

They have done a wonderful job getting the high school kids involved in building and staging this event. Check it out on Wednesday 10/31.

Marie,

The Cordova Recreation and Park District does many great events just like this one every month. We are actually looking for someone in the community to cover events like this one and share their experiences. If you or anyone else reading would like to contribute stories please let me know.

Glad you had a fabulous time.

Once again, the Hagen Park haunted house was outstanding! I can’t wait to see what’s in store next year. Thanks.

Rae,

We would certainly like to hear about more of these events. To keep you informed about community events we have added a new events calendar listing just to the right. You can send us events to be posted by email and we will post the most relevant events for the week for our readers. Soon you will be able to post your own events for all Rancho Cordova residents to see. Just one more thing that separates us from the other newspapers. Thanks for reading.
